Nairo is a person who lived in Boyaca Colombia with few economic resources, He had to learn to live in that situation. He had to go on his bicycle to his school and he also had to help his family in the farm work.
2) He looked for a bicycle for his first competition and he ran it in a borrowed bike, because he wasn’t afraid of failure. Maybe many people only run a competition if they have a bicycle, but Nairo found the way to do it without a bicycle, only with perseverance and discipline.
3) I’m sure that perseverance itself and the discipline make Nairo learned how to manage his time with many hours of training and eating healthy food.
4) Maybe at this point he has some problems. Some weeks ago he had a problem with the Colombian Cycling Federation (CCF) and his colleague Mariana Pajon, Due to his love for truth, he is a professional rider thanks to himself and no thanks to CCF (Like Mariana Pajon). It is a difficult situation because Colombia is a country with many corruption problems and very few opportunities for the poor people, like Nairo was.5) It is evident that if the Movistar Team lets him go, He is going to find another Team with a leader role. But sometimes is in an opposite way, some criminals and drug traffickers are more recognized, even they have TV series.
